why did you take money out twice from my account? & why does it still say processing after 5 hours???you guys need to give me my money back, it said “processing” then i got a notification & it said something went wrong & you guys took out money twice from my account. im gonna need my money back.

I daughter ordered stuff on 11/29/20 and it was supposed to be here by 12/15/20. We have not received anything at all.

how can I get my refund ?I never got my package, it looks like it was delivered already but i dont have anything, I need help... I tried to contact them but no one ever replies to me
You should try to DM in Instagram. They have a 12 hour reply time. They are respectful if you are respectful. Depending on what your time zone is. You may have to stay up late to have a conversation with them. That way you aren't getting one text everyday.
How can I get my refund.
I believe I received a call from someone from romwe but my phone lost service and I didn’t get a call back
Then it usually takes another 48 hours for the refund to appear in your Romwe Wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your next order or withdrawn to your original payment way.
If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will reach your PayPal account within 2-7 working days.
If you have paid by credit card, it will take about 10-30 working days for the refund process to be done by your card bank.
Why I haven’t receive my packet.

Where’s my package?I ordered it at the end of last month and yesterday I could track it just fine and now the tracking number isn’t found on any carrier service. The last package I ordered took almost two months to arrive. I just want to know when I should expect my package.

Where is my package?ROMWE said my package was shipped and sent me an email that I was going through fedex. Fedex claims that the company has not yet given them the package.

Why can’t I find the order I placed.
I placed an order. The total came out of my account. But how when I go to my profile I can’t find my order to look at it.
