I’ve been waiting days for them to get back to me, just for the customer service to not help at all.
Ive ordered from here a few times and it was always fine. This time it was my sisters birthday so I ordered a pretty large amount of stuff.
I got the package and they were literally missing half the jewelry I ordered a tapestry, a light, my stickers, and an ice tray. I realized immediately that it wasnt there and the package looked too small. 2 days late but thats not even the part of the story that matters. I put in my complaint and it took a week for it to get actually done and they told me they packaged my things.
Just a complete waste of money now Im broke and dont have anything to give my sister.
Youd think you could trust a bigger company to package all your items or at least help you solve the issue. Extremely disappointed and will never waste money here again.
