Need confirmation of return

- I have an Afterpay balance of about $107 that should not exist.
I had to return an order the last order I received several years ago. I only received half of the order and it wasn't my order.
And never got the rest. I returned the order I received. I should not have a balance with afterpay.
But I do for like 107 dollars. I need this to be addressed please as soon as possible.

When I received my package, it came melted. When I opened it, the bag where the clothes were supposed to be was ripped open - as if someone had ripped it to get the clothes out.
Also, I ordered a necklace and it wasn't even in the package! I tried repeatedly to talk to someone, but their chatbot wouldn't allow me.
Even when I filed tickets, no one responded. I want my money back.

For some reason on the shipping address I accidentally put North Ogden and 84404 is the zip code but it's supposed to be South Ogden 84405 so the correct address is 710 East 5300 South Ogden Utah 84405 and I just want to make sure it gets to the correct address
