When I received my package, it came melted. When I opened it, the bag where the clothes were supposed to be was ripped open - as if someone had ripped it to get the clothes out.

Also, I ordered a necklace and it wasn't even in the package! I tried repeatedly to talk to someone, but their chatbot wouldn't allow me.

Even when I filed tickets, no one responded. I want my money back.

It's been about 47, almost 48 days since I've ordered my package, and it said it was delivered on the 25th of last month. 14 days later, I still haven't received my package, and I'm hoping I didn't waste $12-$14 on a package I wouldn't get.

For some reason on the shipping address I accidentally put North Ogden and 84404 is the zip code but it's supposed to be South Ogden 84405 so the correct address is 710 East 5300 South Ogden Utah 84405 and I just want to make sure it gets to the correct address

My package is getting returned because I typed in the wrong address and it wont let me change it. Ive tried contacting ROMWE through their customer care messaging system but it didnt help.

I also have tried looking up their number so I could call but that was no help either. At this point Im ready to not use ROMWE ever again.
